CEO
Patrick is proud to call Nashville home. He has been investing for over 5 years, has purchased properties all over the Southeast, and brings a lot of experience in the probate/foreclosure process. When he’s not helping a seller he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and trying new foods.
Justin Johns
Acquisitions Manager - Georgia
Justin is the Acquisitions Manager for the state of Georgia and has been a part of the Atlas team since August 2021. He has been married to the love of his life for 11 years and has three incredible kids. He loves serving at his church, and if he’s not spending time with his family, he’s probably drinking some freshly roasted coffee or enjoying the great outdoors!
Madison Chappell
Leads Manager
Madison has worked for Atlas since September of 2022 as a Leads Manager. She is also a mom of a two year old boy, who is her whole world. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, and creating memories with her family.
Jeremy Hartono
Acquisitions Manager
Jeremy is the Acquisitions Manager for the state of Tennessee with a passion for real estate. He has a background in construction and a degree in business management. When he is not working, you can find him spending time with family or playing different kinds of sports. He strives to make a positive impact in everything that the does and is always eager to learn and grow.
Devin Smith
Superintendent
Devin is the Superintendent for Atlas and dedicated to helping keep our properties well-maintained and making strong connections within the community. Originally from West TN, he is excited to be in Middle TN and to learn all things real estate while attending MTSU. When he is not studying finance and accounting, he is playing golf with his friends and family while enjoying an ice cold Dr. Pepper!
